With extensive family law experience, Ms. Miller provides clients legal representation in spousal maintenance, child custody, visitation, and divorce litigation, as well as paternity and adoption matters.  Ms. Miller serves DuPage and Kane Counties.

She is an experienced litigator who can be effective and persuasive in the courtroom. She has worked on collaborative cases and as a family law mediator who can devise creative solutions and amicably settle even the toughest of cases. No two divorces are the same, and Ms. Miller possesses the skills necessary to provide the right solution for each unique situation.
